Two sisters, one kitchen — Lao & Thai in Canberra
For over 25 years our family has cooked the food we grew up on — the bold, fragrant flavours of Thailand and southern Laos. What began as one Dickson kitchen is now two restaurants plus Two Sisters Street Eats, our mobile event kitchen. Every dish is made the way we learned at home: fresh ingredients, time-honoured recipes, and hospitality you can taste.
